If you want to supply your own drinks that's OK with us. We'll run the bar for you. We can bring a tent/marquee, tables and chairs, and put up decorations for the event.

Our prices start at £99 for a two hour afternoon session - great for Mums and Dads at a children's party or for ladies at a bridge lunch desiring Pimms and Mint Juleps!

We hold a personal licence and public liability insurance allowing us to sell and supply alcohol. We can apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) if your party or event is not at your home. When you contact us we'll advise you whether you need the "legal stuff". We also hold Criminal Record Bureau clearances (CRBs).

Festivals, birthday bashes, garden parties, reunions ... whatever your occasion ... we're there so you can enjoy yourself. We'll serve your guests and keep the bar area clean and tidy. We use More-bins recycle stations and endeavour to be environmentally and socially responsible. One of our team is a member of the CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) and a risk assessment and safety audit can be a part of the package, depending on size or complexity of the event.

The Black Rabbit Event Bar works with Bike Events and T43 Triplet Bike Hire serving drinks and bar snacks to riders after charity rides ... please see the Gallery.
